He said that, spoiled by gadgets and technology, people would less and less do the thinking, the effort to innovate and would lose the social skills such as communication and performing in groups.
Last night, I saw a TV ad about the latest car model with the self-parking mechanism. The steering wheel moves by itself to park the car . Expensive, yes. Around 64,000 dollars.
I remember the time when I took the road test for driving. I almost failed in the parallel parking.

Then, there is this episode of My Wife and Kids where Damon Wayans refused to use the GPS navigator even though they are already lost. You know, men. The navigator is a car gadget for a direction-challenged like me. No need to think; stress-free.
And have you heard about the latest invention? The invisibility coat. And all the while, among the sophisticated futuristic gadget of James Bond, I thought, it is the invisible car which has the remotest possibility to be invented.
