Noemi felt great having her hair cut in order to help in the clean-up of oil spill in Guimaras.
Hair saloons, big and small all over the country are collecting human hair to help in the efforts to clean up the worst oil spill in the country.
So I do my share by convincing some to donate their hair. Here is one.
