I am not smiling

Dear mouse,

It has been two days now that Yuga e-mailed Alecs Pabico of the PCIJ fame about the wrong reference to me as a he in their blog entry entitled The Journalists as bloggers.

I thank him for crediting this website in their transparency presented in that conference.

However, I feel offended when professionals like these people would just refer to you as FILIPINO BLOGGER and a he indicating that they did not spare some time in order to get the right name and address of one person who did not produce the survey from out of thin air. Propriety calls for the use of the website title instead of first name when making a link to another weblog. This is not even a first name. And my blog is also among those that ranked in the top 20 of the Top pinoy blogger and top 7 in the foreign blogs- dominated Topsites

My website does not represent me as a professional and an accomplished person.
It’s all for humor. Sarcastic biting commentaries when I am pissed off. I paid for my domain name so that I have my own identity. I paid a webhost and I have a webmaster.

So when I think I am offended, I become humorless. Courtesy is not only saying MAY I.

  3. Hi Cathy,

Do give the sentence construction one more look as it was me being referred to as having referred to your study. So there is no error in the use of the pronoun he. But for your pleasure, I will change the reference in that sentence to “Filipino blogger” to the name of your blog. Hope that fixes things up. :-)

Dont panic too much he calls himself an investigative journalist, and in the last couple of months he has show his lack of investigation and more on sensationalism.

Site looks good and clean, well done..

Also notice he had to get your research for something they have been planning for months. Lack of preperation on their part again.

PCIJ has been infiltrated by the lack luster performance of their reporters and editors who have political leanings.
