Dear mouse,

johnny “toning” midnight
In my article in Filipino Voices entitled Social Costs of OFWs Deployment: Perceptions and Findings on the Impact of Pinoy Workers Migration to the Children Left Behind I wrote and I quote:
Many of the newspaper writing about the OFW families assert that the children left behind are prone to delinquency and declining moral values.
I presented in my article about the findings that absent parenting does not necessarily makes a child left behind a problem of the society.
In the case of Alabang Boys’ alleged bribery to the DOJ prosecutors in the amount of 50 manoks or 50 million we can see that even the children with complete parents can have children who become dregs of the society. If you do not know who the Alabang Boys are, think of JOHNNY “Toning” MIDNIGHT, the guy who would ask you to drink water? while there is a background sound of ninuninuninuni. His son according to him is a social user of drugs, whatever that means. HEH.

Brodett, Tecson, and Joseph – the so-called “Alabang Boys” were arrested on September 20 for carrying cocaine, marijuana, and 60 tablets of Ecstasy… to which Borgy Manotoc and Tim Yap allegedly said, “Para ‘yon lang inaresto na?”
As if I am watching a Law and Order episode where the LAW (the PDEA) is frustrated because Order (DOJ) has dismissed the case on an alleged bribe.
Secretary Gonzalez sneers at the so-called P50-million bribe offer or outright bribe to DOJ prosecutors in return for the dismissal of the case. “That means they are richer than Meralco,” he hisses. PDEA boss retired General Dionisio Santiago retorts: “The P50 million is cheap in relation to a lifetime in jail. The punishment for illegal drugs dealing is lifetime imprisonment.”
Family Feud came into the picture when Brodett, that’s the former basket player and actor Dave, the uncle and Anthony Brodett, the cousin, revealed that Richard Brodett is indeed a drug user with the consent of the mother. HA? Worldclass rolleyes.
Gonzales shouted atMajor Ferdinand Marcelino, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Special Enforcement Services head, during the hearing of the House dangerous drugs committee Wednesday.
After yelling, the DOJ Secretary advised the major who claimed that he was offered a three million bribe by the family not too be too emotional.
And the PUT…cussing presidentiable Mar Roxas rode on the news by blaming the President of the deteriorating justice system.

Sila nga na meron kaya, sila ang nasa front page with their family names tainted like Teehankee, Webb, etc
The case is very interesting kasi posible nga talaga na defective ang search and seizure procedure na ginawa ng PDEA. Assuming na valid yung search and seizure tapos dinismiss ng prosecutor without having conducted a clarificatory hearing, hindi naman nawalan ng recourse ang pdea. dapat nag file sila ng motion for reconsideration. as it is, lumalabas na pareho sila (doj and pdea) may problema.
honey,
kailangang manood sila ng law and order. hehehe
lee,
lee,
alabang din. sa labas. hehehe
