Dear mouse,
I had a doctor’s appointment yesterday. The waiting room is full. Ordinarily, it isn’t because they have the policy to attend to the patients within thirty minutes.
There is also a policy to reschedule if one is late for the appointment for 15 minutes.
So there was no seat available as I waited for my name to be called by the nurse.
I did not know that I was standing near the light switch. The TV was on and the screen was showing the octuplet mom. Arghhh. I stepped back and there was darkness.
No it was not because I lost consciousness. Silly . I must have leaned on the light switch and the lights went off. It was just a few seconds. People must have thought that it was just a little electrical glitch. Ahh…Whew.
Then a group of people vacated the seats. Ahh, so it was a family, the two old people, the husband and wife and some children. I observed that the patient was just the old man who was also holding the blood glucose meter which is the same as mine. The rest are just companions/escorts.
As I was able to sit, at last. Yay. Beside me were two little girls, arguing about pictures.
One girl solicited my opinion. The other girl gave me a cold-stare that could freeze me like my vanilla-no sugar added ice cream in my freezer. The ice cream was stone-hard that I have to defrost it in the microwave. Ahh…Tziiiing.
Beside them sat a lady with a baby. She must be European. The mother and the baby have golden hair. Not blond. The baby is pink all over, from the two small ears to her chubby cheeks and little fingers.
One lady peek-a-booed with the baby who was kicking up and down and must be enjoying the game.
Then the lady said. Your baby is a very handsome boy.
The mother said. Ow she is a girl. Ahh. TOINKKK.

The nurse called for me. The doctor asked for my blood glucose meter. He asked me why I am taking my blood sugar in the evening instead of early morning.
But I was taking it before my breakfast. Yestersdy, I was horrified to see my blood sugar at 20. Very low. If it is that low, I could be shaking. There must be an error. So I took it again. It became 60. Liar.
I complained to my doctor that meter was not accurate. Besides, the nurse had wrongly calibrated the time stamp. Arggh. So it had to be calibrated again because my doctor said that my blood sugar seemed to be seesawing. Up and down. Up and down and the time was always in the evening. He gave me another month or else he would recommend, insulin. Grrr.

dapat kasi nilalagyan ng pink headband to identify kung girl, yong octuplets nga merong yatang hairclip to distinguish that she is a girl
