Sassy’s blog Another Case of Stolen Blog Materials is about PCIJ’s use of Happy Vergara’s photographs in their “Hello Garci†book.
My webmaster retz complained to me months ago that PCIJ did not ask permission from him to use any of his poop-tographs for commercial use. I e-mailed Sassy about it and discussed this with a lawyer-friend of mine in the Philippines.
Sheila Coronel of PCIJ (comment box of Sassy’s blog) claimed she e-mailed retz (see her comments in Sassy’s blog)but he didn’t reply. Some Anomie asked retz to produce the e-mail. Unluckily, he has no internet connections these days at home, so he can only open his e-mail outside.
This is another victim of that site.

I just found out that a place called “cats-by-pat.com†has been stealing my Blog, for some time now !!!!!!
This person, is apparently copying, and pasting, each of my Blog Posts, and placing them directly on “Her ???†blog site?????
I have never communicated with this person, never had any known link in any way, and am more than a bit upset to find this out !!! I guess this type of unorthodox, piracy illustrates the need for COPYRIGHT laws, and that I am unfortunately going to have to see what it costs to COPYWRITE my blog, and my “Real Work†on the net…..This she/he may be pirating my artwork also !!!!!!!!!
Here are my other blogs copied verbatim but differently titled.

I recommend that you check this webpage. She/it copied a lot from different blogs.

IT seems it is an exact duplicate of my blog and other blogs. What she removes are the link from my blogs.

wow, grabe na case ng plagiarism yan ah! pati ang name ng author ng entries nya eh same sa name mo. word for word talaga tapos title lang ang naiba. san ba pwede i-report yan, para ma shutdown ang site nya. o di kaya, ipa-hack mo ang site nya. hehehe. oh well, iba na talaga pag sikat ka. i remember yon rebelpixel ginaya din dati pero sa coding naman. :)
